Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team at returns@radianceapparel.com to initiate a return.
Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Ship the item(s) back to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@radianceapparel.com with photos of the issue.
