We gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date. We will process your return of merchandise within one week from the time we received the returned merchandise. Your item(s) must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you need the receipt or proof of purchase to qualify for a return.

    Upon accepting your return, the above address is where you should send your returns for a full product refund or exchange of similar item excluding the return shipping costs which will go to your original form of payment that you used when you purchased the original items from our store. We will only receive merchandise with prior approval of the return request.

      • Inspect your order upon reception and immediately contact us if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can address and rectify the issue.

      Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

      • You cannot return perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      Exchanges:

      • The quickest way to secure your desired item is to return the one you have. After accepting your return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      • If you ship the merchandise to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
